What characterizes Ingrid? She wants to see the world, freedom, curious, with style and sympathy, interested in people, how they function, why they do what they do, diplomatic, but also, impatient for mediocrity, dig till the truth comes up, severe for inconsistencies, quickly see through nonsense, not too much talking also action,
and all this flavoured with a lot of dynamism and a big smile.

From 2003 till 2007 Ingrid worked as an Associate Consultant for Galilei. She specialised in the development and delivery of career management programs, executive coaching, leading in times of change, resilience, 360° feedback discussions, etc.
Previously, she was a Human Resources Manager with Planet Internet, which grew from a start-up of 18 people to a company of 350 within 4 years.
She was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the entire human resources strategy. Hence her experience in compensation & benefits (competence- based), organisation of salary administration, recruitment & selection, performance management, training and career development. She played an important role in the organisation design and was a key person in the restructuring process of 2002 and the sales process in 2003 : strategic as well as practical preparations, negotiations with the labour unions, etc.
Previously she worked as a franchise manager for Postland, responsible for the operations of the 12 foreign franchisees. In 1989 she took a 10 months’ sabbatical and travelled through Asia. She started her career as an advisor for private investments at the Amro Bank.
