This year, Brechtje and myself found inspiration in 2 articles from HBR The first one of 2008 with the Cynefin ideas of Dave Snowden –  The framework empowers leaders across organisations, governments and local communities to work with uncertainty-to navigate complexity, create resilience, and thrive. As Snowden says, ‘the framework guides us to make sense of the world, so that we can skilfully act in it.”-
The other one  ‘the purpose of purpose’ HBR  April 2022. 

After experiencing challenges from simple to complex and a good discussion about the concepts, the home made pizza tasted deliciously !
