The leadership training Lara provided to the Suivo R&D team was concise, clear, and highly impactful. She brings together the essence of leadership: providing development-oriented feedback, taking responsibility as a leader, and at the same time truly embodying Suivo’s values in daily work. This combination makes the program compact but very powerful.
