Micro adventures

What if you want participants of a study day or workshop to continue making things concrete the day after?

Challenge them to try small, new, low-cost habits or behaviors! Not just intellectually.

Give innovation, anchoring, or change some real hands and feet!

This can be related to leadership, organizational culture, or a policy theme.

Afterwards, participants often say: besides the theory, it was also very tangible!

The approach is co-creative, yet also personal. We start together, support each other, and the result is a personal set of micro-adventures. This makes it a meaningful team-building activity as well.

We agree on the follow-up of the micro adventures in advance.
