Praise for ‘Sightline’

I stumbled upon Rebecca Sutherns's book "Sightline," subtitled "Strategic Plans That Gather Momentum, Not Dust," during one of my final preparatory steps toward obtaining the "Master Facilitator IAF" certification.

The 192-page book reads as if I were explaining my own work. It gives me the language to explain what we're going to do. It also includes some relevant quotes, such as "In the word question, there is a beautiful word -quest- Elie Wiesel." Always handy as a reference ;)
The book is a guide to professionally addressing not only the expected output but also the process itself. It provides pragmatic answers to questions such as:

- Who, when, and how to involve?
- How much (lead) time do we need?
- What is the timeframe for developing the plan?
- What does "ready" mean?
- How do we make it measurable?

- Do we need a facilitator?
